I began publishing a newsletter entitled "The Monitor" on the topic of Independent Corporate Monitors in June 2010.  A second newsletter was released in Sept 2010.  This newsletter presents current information relevant to those involved in pre-trial diversion, settlement, administrative and plea agreements that may require the use of an independent corporate monitor.  It also contains what may well be the most comprehensive collection of links to information relevant to this topic available.  A frequent concern raised by entities (and the lawyers who represent them) faced with the prospect of a Monitor is their lack of knowing what to expect and lack of resource materials and information available on the topic.

Much thanks to all the wonderful white collar defense attorneys who have shared how useful and informative this newsletter is and have begun using it as a resource to find information relevant to their clients and services.  A great deal of work has gone into making "The Monitor" a resource tool and is it wonderful to hear and see it being used as such.
