DOJ Promulgates Guidance on Criminal Discovery
On January 5, 2010 Deputy AG David Ogden announced and published memorandums regarding this hot issue, which is sure to have an impact on how lawyers and investigators on both sides conduct and defend criminal investigative matters. These are a "must read" for everyone in the field.
